The development project for the Vieux-Port acts on all the components of this emblematic place to make it a real semi-pedestrianised public space. It focuses primarily on the circulation and operation of the waterfront facilities. Thanks to the reorganisation of the nautical functions and the reduction of automobile traffic, a bus lane with its own right-of-way is being developed all around the port. The quays have been transformed into vast platforms entirely accessible to pedestrians.

The Fraternité Quay gained 60% more pedestrian space and became an exceptional space. A giant, light, and open mirror-shade has been installed. The agency was responsible for the urban planning, design of the related public spaces, consultation and monitoring of the public space’s construction, the shade house, and the yacht clubs.
