The creation of a forest as a green lung at the heart of the facility is the central axis of the architectural composition for this reception center for minors. The living units are arranged around this central space, creating a link and the conditions for long-term cohabitation with a place for sharing and living together, a space for play, gathering and meeting.
A belvedere footbridge above the trees links the living units together and provides an atypical play area 4 m above the ground. The reinforced stabilised parking area preserves the permeability of the site and its landscape identity, while simple wooden logs marking the ground shaded by deciduous trees allow for a variety of uses other than vehicle parking.
