Located on the heights of Nice, on the hill of Cimiez, the project is
first and foremost, a garden project that links Brancolar Avenue to the
regional music conservatory.
In this garden are implanted 5 housing plots totaling approximately 300
housing, with very wide terraces, offering 360° views of the
landscape.
The site is currently occupied by an office building that will be
deconstructed and a large part of the waste will be stored on
site. The garden will be very hilly to cover the stored materials
on site and reach the altimeter level of the existing parking
also preserved.
A major re-employment process is underway on this project, and
several labels are targeted among which BBCA, BDM level Silver, and
Biodivercity, to make it a demonstrator of urban renewal
eco-responsible
