The two buildings were spread out gradually over the terraced land, thus offering varied views of the plant panorama. To preserve the existing vegetation, a precise census of the species, their size, their state of health and their capacity for development was carried out.
The grove of large pine trees forms the centre of gravity of the site. These trees, some of which are remarkable, sculpt the central park. The building extends the life of the gardens, with private outdoor spaces hosting trellises on the ground floor and planters on the upper floor.
