This small underwater shelter is both a scientific observatory and a decompression cell for professionals and diving clubs. It consists of a methacrylate sphere held together by an aluminium frame connected to diving blocks, making the habitat completely autonomous.
A one-ton ballast allows the Aquabulle I to be positioned between two waters between 0 and 60 m. Thanks to its permanent air supply, it can house divers for several hours.
Its simplicity of use and movement also make the Aquabulle the ideal underwater refuge for underwater walkers, including the children that Jacques Rougerie has associated with some of his experiments.
