This semi-submersible underwater observation trimaran operates on a principle of variable buoyancy which gives it the possibility of sinking underwater once its passengers are on board.
It allows them to feel better immersed in the deep blue for an incomparable discovery of underwater life in coastal areas. With a very bionic shape, its totally innovative design has seduced many operators in the field of maritime tourism throughout the world and more than thirty of its different versions (A8 – 8 passengers and A10 – 10 passengers) have been manufactured, some of which are still in operation, notably in the waters of the Port-Cros National Park off Hyères.
The hull is made of aluminium and the methacrylate portholes, the floats act as stabilisers and ballast tanks.
