Located opposite the Marseille-Provence airport, the Cap Horizon mixed-use business park aims to be the showcase for the 50-hectare ZAC of the same name.
The project develops multiple facets with an environmental vocation. Its commitment goes beyond that of aesthetics. Indeed, the project aims to link the architectural design to the wood structure and thus to privilege this economic sector of the future in phase with the energy transition.
Cap Horizon is the first tertiary and industrial “wood” park covered with 100% photovoltaic panels. Its position at the “entrance to the city” seems to us to be very clearly strategic to develop this new way of seeing construction, at the service of an innovative urban ecosystem of activities and services.
Through these innovations, both constructive and energetic, we are participating in the reindustrialization of the wood industry, this innovative industry on a local and national scale.
