This major project is based on the combination of three 360-metre towers housing a top-of-the-range thalassotherapy hotel and luxury flats, joined by an artificial atoll in the middle of which is a lagoon, a genuine natural marine park recreated in the heart of which visitors can discover the wonders of the underwater world by scuba diving or in a transparent pocket submarine.
Numerous underwater rooms open onto this underwater space, including hotel suites, restaurants, and concert halls. In the center of the building, like a suspended jewel, is a museum dedicated to the history of the pearl, accessible from the shopping arcades on the periphery.
