The campus is located to the east of Yangon, close to the sea, in a humid environment, and consists of 8 buildings designed to provide excellent English education.
The project includes an international school campus for 1,700 students from kindergarten to high school as well as a boarding school for 200 students around common sports facilities (swimming pool, football, rugby and cricket stadium and an athletics field), artistic facilities (creation of an art school) and natural spaces.
The architecture follows a spirit that is both local and contemporary, ecological, and economical. Here local materials are used to create playful and welcoming environments. As a reference point, a specific material is assigned to each level of education, such as bamboo for the younger children.
The classrooms, music rooms, drawing rooms and libraries are fitted with ergonomic furniture that favours the quality of light and, with the addition of a few touches of colour, are places that are suitable to concentration.
