This extension project is part of a process of harmonious integration with its natural environment, while modernizing an existing infrastructure.

Located in the Coulin district, the land combines a varied topography and rich vegetation, including a preserved pine forest.
The existing building is preserved and renovated with external thermal insulation, modernized facings and new openings. An extension completes the complex, designed on two levels: a ground floor, in logistical continuity with the current warehouse, and a floor of glazed offices offering panoramic views of the landscape. The slightly curved south facade maximizes these views while integrating solar protection.
The exterior developments reorganize the accesses and include landscaping elements, such as an infiltration ditch and a wooden terrace. The project preserves and enhances the vegetation.

Lulli illustrates a successful alliance between functionality, modernity and respect for the environment, while meeting the operational needs of the future activity.
