As part of the Joly-Jean eco-district, the Trillade and Moulin Notre Dame avenues are being redeveloped to improve the living environment while respecting the principles of sustainability.

The project is structured around three major axes:

  • Biodiversity and climate adaptation: green networks, diversity of plantations, and plants from local nurseries for half.
  • Soft mobility: creation of a greenway and reduction of the space for cars with one-way and controlled parking.
  • Citizen consultation: integration of local residents and students to meet the needs of the neighborhood.

Pedestrian and cycle spaces are favored thanks to crossing platforms and 905 meters of developed paths.

The deimpermeabilization of soils and the planting of vegetation strengthen climate resilience while beautifying the living environment. With 11,644 m² rehabilitated, 6,390 m² of permeable surfaces created and approximately 5,000 m² de-impermeabilized, this project illustrates responsible, sustainable urban planning focused on the needs of its residents.
